Production possibilities of Agromet Mechanical working We have high efficiency machining centers, lathe automats, CNC lathes. We offer: 1) Shield type details, max. diameter Ø 450 and length 200 mm 2) Shafts, max diameter Ø 120 and length 1000 mm 3) Cases, maximal dimensions of detail under treatment: 400x400x500 4) Cylindrical gear and helical gear , diameter from Ø 50 till Ø 300, in 9th accuracy class, in range of modules from 1,5 till 7 5) Straight bevel gear (ZFTK 500x10) in range of modules from 1,5 till 7 and max Rm 200 mm. Cutting of the material The Company can do the following kind of cutting: a) cutting of steel bars with dimensions till Ø 300
	Drilling and threading High efficiency drilling center BROTHER, which our company is equipped with, enable: a) drilling and threading of openings till Ø 12. High efficient coordinate drills have two assembly boards with dimensions 600x 300. Shaped joints Our means of production enable the assembly of the following shaped joints 1) duct pull broaching with maximal dimensions of the pulled opening Ø 60. Maximal dimensions of the threatened detail is Ø 450. The length of the pulling is 1600 mm 2) cutting splines on roles with dimensions from Ø 30 till Ø 80 and maximum length 500 mm.
Automatic on bar treatment We have highly efficient automated bar machines which enable the automated transfer of the technical details directly to the mechanical operation: a) range of the threatened dimensions from Ø 6 till Ø 65, maximal length of rolling 85 mm GRINDING We offer the following services regarding polishing of items: a) rollers of the following dimensions: maximal Ø 280, max length 800mm - we grind rollers in maximum 6th class of accuracy b) openings with the following dimensions: from Ø 20 till Ø 100, max length 280mm - we grind openings in maximum 6th class of accuracy c) surfaces - we have flat-surface grinders with rotatable boards from Ø 600 till Ø 800 - we offer grinding of surfaces for small details - we grind surfaces in max 7th class of accuracy
	SURFACE TREATMENT We offer the following services: a) painting b) sand blasting - cleaning surfaces from rust after heat treatment. Max dimensions of cleaned detail:400x400x400 c) chrome hardening, galvanizing - we are offering this services in cooperation with our verified and well established partners. HEAT TREATMENT We have Induction and Chamber furnaces; therefore we can offer the following services: a) heat improvement - Item hardening with maximal 500 mm length; cooling in oil or water. - Tempering; cooling in opened air. b) carburization c) deep hardening d) surface hardening of disc type items, maximal dimensions Ø 160 and roller type items with maximum length 450 mm.
